A Closer Look…

The Nutrients

As you can see, these vegan overnight oats can be packed with nutrients and flavor! These juicy and nutrient packed berries are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the flavor and nutrients this breakfast can offer!

This specific recipe contains agave nectar for natural sweetening, homemade peanut butter for protein and flavor, and chia seeds for omega 3’s! Let’s also not forget about the oats that are packed with hearty flavors and various nutrients! In fact, I think this recipe is the perfect well-rounded breakfast or snack for anyone, but especially vegans! You have your fats, proteins, carbohydrates, and more all in one compact jar!

The Endless Options

Something else I truly love about this dish is the endless flavor possibilities that it offers! I love topping mine with fresh fruit, coconut, and dark chocolate but you can do just about anything. You can mix in homemade jam, other nut butters, flax seeds, all kinds of fruits, cookie crumbles, protein powders, or whatever! I say if you are feeling creative go for it and create a flavor that you will love!!
